Prerequisites
An active outwrite.ai blog subscription - Solo or Team
Your blog credentials (provided when your blog was set up)

Private API Key
Blog ID

Adding Your Blog Connection
Go to Settings in your outwrite.ai dashboard
Navigate to the Blog Hosting tab
Enter your credentials:
Public API Key - Your Public API Key from setup
Private API Key - Your Private API Key from setup
Blog ID - Your unique blog identifier
Blog Name (optional) - A friendly name for your reference
Click Verify & Add Connection
Upon successful verification, you'll see how many authors and categories are available
Managing Connected Blogs
Once connected, your blogs appear in the Connected Blogs section. From here you can:
View connection details and Blog ID
See when the connection was created
Delete connections if needed
Publishing Content to Your Blog
From the Content Library
Open any piece of content in your Library
Click the Publish button
Select outwrite.ai Blog as your destination
Export Options
When publishing to your blog, you can configure:
Select Blog Choose which connected blog to publish to (if you have multiple)
Author Select from available authors configured in your blog. Author selection is required.
Categories Optionally assign one or more categories to organize your post. Categories configured in your blog appear as clickable badges.
Post Status
Draft - Save as a draft for further editing in the blog portal
Published - Make the post live immediately or schedule it
Publishing Options (when Published is selected)
Publish Immediately - Post goes live right away
Schedule for Later - Set a specific date and time for publication
Featured Image Add a featured image for your post:
Search stock photos
Upload your own image
Use a URL
SEO Fields (Auto-filled) Your content's metadata is automatically included:

After Publishing
You'll see a success confirmation when your content is published. To manage published posts, edit content, or access additional settings, use the Blog Hosting Portal link in Settings.
Blog Hosting Portal
For full blog management, access the dedicated portal:
Go to Settings → Blog Hosting
Click Login to Blog button
This opens the blog hosting portal where you can:
Manage all posts (edit, delete, duplicate)
Configure blog settings
Customize design elements
Set up additional authors
Manage categories and tags
View analytics
Configure SEO settings
