Schedule a month of content in 20 minutes Plan, generate, and auto-publish content on autopilot from a visual calendar interface.


Navigate to Calendar

From your dashboard sidebar, click Calendar. You'll see a monthly grid showing your scheduled content at a glance.

Use the arrow buttons to move between months, or click Today to jump back to the current date. Days with scheduled content show colored status indicators.


Open a Day to Schedule

Click any day on the calendar to open the scheduling panel on the right side of your screen. From here, you'll configure and schedule content for that specific date.


Choose Your Topic

You have two ways to pick what to write about:

Type Your Own Idea

Type your topic in the input field (e.g., "email marketing tips for small businesses"), then press Enter or click the arrow button. AI generates 5 title suggestions in different formats.

Pick from Suggested Topics

Click "Or pick from your Suggested Topics" to expand the picker. Browse pre-generated topic ideas based on AI visibility research. Topics marked "Cited" have proven visibility in AI platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Click any topic to select it—the picker closes automatically and titles generate.


Select a Title

After entering a topic, you'll see 5 AI-generated title options in different formats: how-to articles, numbered listicles, question-based titles, definitive guides, and benefit-focused headlines.

Click any title to proceed, or click "Use my own title" to keep your exact wording.


Configure Your Article

Article Length Choose from Short (~800 words), Medium (~1,500 words), Long (~2,500 words), or Comprehensive (~4,000 words). Pick based on whether you need a quick overview or an in-depth guide.

Brand Voice Select from your saved brand presets to ensure consistent tone across all content. This applies your voice automatically without manual configuration each time.

Internal Links Toggle "Add automatically" to let AI select the 5 most relevant pages from your connected sitemaps. Click Edit to manually adjust the selections.

Photos Toggle to include stock photos. AI auto-selects relevant images from Pexels. Click Edit to swap images or upload your own.

Publish Destination Choose where content should auto-publish: WordPress (as draft or published), Shopify blog, Webflow (via webhook), DropInBlog, or custom webhook. Leave empty to generate content without auto-publishing—it will appear in your Library instead.


Schedule the Content

Click "Schedule for [Date]" to confirm. Your content enters the queue and generates automatically at the scheduled time.


Understanding Content Status

Each scheduled item shows a status indicator:

Pending — Waiting for scheduled time Generating — AI is creating your content Ready — Content complete, awaiting publish time Publishing — Sending to your destination Published — Live on your platform Failed — Error occurred—click to retry


Viewing Your Calendar

The Monthly Grid Each day shows indicators for scheduled content. Click any day to see details in the side panel.

Created List Below the calendar, you'll see all upcoming content that's pending, generating, or ready. Click any item to jump to that day.

Published List View your recently published content with links to the live articles.


The 20-Minute Month Strategy

Here's how to schedule a full month of content in under 20 minutes:

Open your calendar on any day, use Suggested Topics (they're already researched for AI visibility), click a topic, pick a title, use default settings, and schedule. Repeat for 4 articles per week—16 total for the month.

Each article takes about 30 seconds to schedule when you're using Suggested Topics with default settings.


Combining Calendar with AI Tracking

The real power comes from combining scheduling with visibility tracking:

Suggested Topics shows you queries where competitors are being cited by AI platforms. Schedule content targeting those high-opportunity topics. AI generates optimized, LLM-friendly content automatically. Auto-publish sends it live without manual work. Tracking monitors your brand mentions over time.

  • Batch your scheduling — Do a whole month at once rather than day-by-day

  • Prioritize "Cited" topics — These have proven AI visibility

  • Set up integrations first — Enable true autopilot with WordPress/Shopify connections

  • Use brand presets — Maintain consistent voice without configuring each time

  • Check weekly — Review published content and monitor tracking results

  • Schedule 24 hours in advance — Content generates automatically at the scheduled time

  • Edit before publishing — Content in "Ready" status can be viewed and edited

  • Retry failed items — Click the failed item to see the error, then retry

  • Reschedule by deleting — Delete the scheduled item and create a new one on your preferred date

  • Generate without integrations — Content appears in your Library even without a publish destination
