Overview

Your central hub for viewing, organizing, and publishing all your AI-generated content.

What the Content Library Does

The Content Library is where all your generated articles and social posts live. From here you can:

  • View and preview all your created content

  • Toggle between Articles and Social Posts with one click

  • Filter by status to find content at specific workflow stages

  • Transform articles into social posts for LinkedIn and Reddit

  • Export to WordPress, Shopify, or Blog Hosting with a few clicks

  • Download as HTML for manual publishing

  • Analyze content with the AEO (AI Engine Optimization) Score

  • Generate and edit meta descriptions

  • Delete individual or multiple items using bulk select


Getting to the Content Library

  1. From your Dashboard, click Library in the sidebar

  2. Your content library opens with all your saved content


Library Layout

The Content Library has two main areas:

Full preview and details for the selected content


Toggle Between Articles and Social Posts

At the top of the library, you'll see two buttons:

  • Articles - Shows all long-form content (Standard Articles, Blog Posts, How-To Guides, etc.)

  • Social Posts - Shows all LinkedIn and Reddit posts

The count in each button shows how many pieces you have.

Tip: When you click "Transform to Social" from an article, the new post appears under Social Posts.



Selecting Content to View

  1. Click any item in the left sidebar

  2. The right panel updates to show:

    • Title (extracted from your H1)

    • Status dropdown (change status directly)

    • Word count

    • Tabbed sections for Meta Description, AEO Score, and Content Preview


The Three Content Tabs

1. Meta Description Tab (Articles only)

  • View and edit your meta description

  • Click Generate with AI to auto-create one based on your content

  • Copy to clipboard with one click

2. Content Preview Tab

  • Full rendered preview of your content

  • See exactly how your article or post looks

  • Scroll through the entire piece

  • View Raw HTML


Transform to Social Posts

Turn any article into a LinkedIn or Reddit post:

  1. Select an article from the library

  2. In the Actions section, click either:

    • LinkedIn button (costs 1 credit)

    • Reddit button (costs 1 credit)

  3. Watch the progress bar as AI transforms your content

  4. Once complete, click View to see the generated post

Already transformed? The button changes to show "View" so you can quickly jump to the social post.


Publishing and Exporting

Click the Publish dropdown button to see all export options:

Copy to Clipboard

Copies the HTML content to paste anywhere

Download HTML

Downloads a complete HTML file with styling

Opens export dialog to publish directly to WordPress

Opens export dialog to publish to your Shopify blog (Essentials+)

Opens export dialog to publish to outwrite.ai Blog Hosting (Essentials+)

Delete Content

Removes the content permanently

Publishes content to Webflow

Send to Webhook

Sends content to a custom webhook to be used in Zapier/Make or custom flows to integrate anything you want.


Bulk Actions

Delete multiple items at once:

  1. Click Select in the sidebar header

  2. Click items to select them (checkboxes appear)

  3. Use Select All to select everything visible

  4. Click Delete Selected to remove all selected items

  5. Confirm the deletion


Collapsing the Sidebar

Need more room for the preview?

  1. Click Hide Library in the sidebar header

  2. The sidebar collapses, giving full width to your content preview

  3. Click Show Library to bring it back


Status Indicators in the List

Each content item shows:

  • Title - The H1 from your content

  • Date - When it was created

  • Type badge - e.g., "blog-post," "how-to," "linkedin-post"

  • Status badge - Colored dot + name (Draft, Ready, Published, etc.)

Overdue items: If content has a past due date, it's highlighted.


Generation Status

When content is generating:

  • A status row appears at the top of the content list

  • Shows a spinning loader with "Generating content..."

  • Displays the content type being generated

  • Once complete, the new content automatically appears
